What Must I Do To Be Saved

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” – Romans 3:23

Have you come to the place in your spiritual life where you know for certain that if you were to die today you would go to heaven or is that something you would say you are still working on?

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. – Romans 6:23

Suppose you were to die today and stand before God and He were to say to you, “Why should I let you into my Heaven?” What would you say?

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:8

The verses above are excerpts from what is commonly known as the “Romans Road to Salvation,” a series of passages from the book of Romans which provide an easy to understand guide to what salvation through Christ is, why we all need it, and how we can attain it. It is an explanation so concise that many have been saved just by reading it. It often helps, however, to speak with a knowledgeable Christian about specific questions you may have. Rest assured, if you do not have a saving relationship with Christ, every Christian in the world has been where you are, feared as you fear, doubted what you doubt; you are not alone!
